Eligibility for Returns

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

•  Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
•  A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
•  Gift cards.
•  Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
•  Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags or packaging.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size, colour, or a defective item, you may request an exchange (subject to stock availability). If the requested item is unavailable, an alternative or refund may be offered where applicable.

Refunds

•  Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•  Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
•  Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake or a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped or production has begun for a custom-made item, it cannot be cancelled.
