7. Custom-Made Products
Custom-made or personalized products are produced according to the customer’s specifications. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
8. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are valid only for purchases on Yoland Fashion House.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Lost, stolen, or expired gift cards may not be replaced.
- Any remaining balance stays available until the gift card expires, where applicable.

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing differences.
